Flooring Installation in Windermere, FL

Next door in Winter Garden, we cleared the carpet from an upstairs loft, the bedrooms and a walk-in closet, then ran light gray wood-look plank all the way to the top of the stairs. With the loft open, one floor flows through it, the sleeping rooms and that closet. Another Winter Garden house traded bedroom carpet for medium brown boards, closet included, stopping cleanly at the hallway tile at every doorway.

Over in Ocoee, the trouble was an aging gray plank floor with problem boards marked in blue tape. Every board was lifted, the slab prepped, and gray-brown wood-look vinyl plank laid from the kitchen across the living and breakfast areas to the laundry room, a closet and the pantry. In Orlando proper, warm brown boards sit on underlayment over bare concrete, from the living room and kitchen to a dining space and a bedroom.

Windermere is set among the Butler chain of lakes, close to Doctor Phillips, Winter Garden and Ocoee. It belongs to the west and southwest group of cities we cover; most houses we reach are within about 45 minutes of our Orlando base.
