Two directions, two kinds of work. Toward Kissimmee, one house's carpeted staircase and bedrooms were changed to a single gray-brown vinyl plank, and an upper floor elsewhere received oak-look laminate over underlayment, edged in white baseboards. Toward Orlando, the cards show main rooms in warm and dark brown.
Choosing happens where the floor will live. There's no showroom; samples travel with us to a free in-home estimate, and colors get judged on your table, beside your walls and in the light those rooms actually get. Check them by a window in daylight and again at night with the lamps on, since a floor can read warmer or cooler as the light changes.

A single crew handles tear-out to trim, and the torn-up carpet leaves with it. Upper rooms, a flight of steps and the main floor can all fit into a single plan.
