Altamonte Springs sits north of Orlando along I-4, in Seminole County, and our projects here split between households and businesses. In a commercial break room, we pulled striped carpet from the kitchen aisles and fitted light gray wood-look plank around the island, meeting the carpet tile left in place. A clinic suite got a matching light gray look along its offices, corridor and treatment rooms.
A business floor takes a different beating than a home's: rolling chairs, carts, and staff and visitors walking a single path all day, with little tolerance for downtime. Planning changes as well. Give our team your operating hours, the areas required to stay usable, and the building's rules on elevators, loading and parking. Desks and shelving sitting on the floor, plus any landlord rules for contractors, go into the schedule before anything is pulled up.
The residential projects started with whatever lay underfoot. A first house had an old oak-look floor with more layers stacked beneath; everything came up to the slab before gray vinyl plank was laid through the kitchen, hallway, living room and bathroom. A second had glossy plank we tore up, then scraped the concrete clean and fitted light natural-tone hardwood, with visible grain and knots, framing the brick pavers by the front entry.
Living room or office suite, a single crew takes the job from demolition to the last threshold, and the debris leaves with it. With hardwood, boards from several cartons get mixed before installation, a step called racking, letting shade and grain vary naturally instead of in blocks. Many wood products also need days indoors to acclimate, and delivery gets timed around it.
Call any day between 7 AM and 11 PM and describe the space. For a house, we set up a free in-home estimate; for a business, a time to walk the site.

Yes. In an Altamonte Springs home, the oak-look floor and every layer under it came up to the slab before vinyl plank went in. Whatever sits under your floor gets checked at the visit.
Yes. On a job here, light hardwood frames a brick-paver section at the front entry. We plan the layout around details such as this before the first board is cut. Over concrete, engineered boards are glued down or floated over a cushioned underlayment.
