In a Sanford house, the previous flooring was stripped until bare concrete showed. Leftovers that cling to a slab after tear-out, like dried adhesive or stray nails, have to be scraped off before plank goes down.
With the concrete clean, brown plank was laid across the entry, living room and hallways. In an open layout like this, a continuous run keeps those spaces reading as a single surface.
Sanford anchors the northern end of our map. Lake Mary and Winter Springs share Seminole County with it, while DeBary lies across the St. Johns River in Volusia County.
Tear-out, slab work, plank, transitions and finishing pieces along walls are handled by our team, and scrap leaves with us.
